These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.planbinvesting.me
(the “Website”) and the products and services offered by Kennedy Holdings GmbH, Sonnhalde 21, 74722 Buchen, Germany (“Plan B”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing, or using any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1) Offerings Covered by These Terms

We currently offer the following (“Offerings”):

Plan B Playground – Pro Simulator subscription (“Pro Simulator”)

Plan B Navigator – Pro Simulator + strategic coaching

Plan B Builder – Online Course + Pro Simulator

Plan B Accelerator – Online Course + Pro Simulator + strategic coaching

Plan B Mastery – Masterclass + Pro Simulator + Online Course

We may add, remove, or update features from time to time. If changes materially reduce what you paid for during an active paid term, we will provide an appropriate remedy (e.g., replacement feature or prorated refund), where required by law.

2) Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Offerings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

3) Important Disclaimer (Education, Not Financial Advice)

Plan B provides educational content, tools, and coaching intended to help you think through scenarios and improve financial decision-making.

We are not providing investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Nothing on the Website, in the simulator, course, coaching, or masterclass should be considered a recommendation to buy/sell any security, cryptocurrency, fund, or other financial product. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

We encourage you to consult licensed professionals (financial adviser, tax adviser, lawyer) before making major financial decisions.

4) The Simulator Is a Projection Tool (No Guarantees)

The Pro Simulator allows you to model scenarios based on the assumptions you provide. Outputs are estimates only and may differ significantly from real-world results.

You acknowledge that:

Results depend on your inputs and assumptions (returns, inflation, taxes, spending, timing, etc.)

Markets and regulations change and are unpredictable

Plan B does not guarantee any outcome (including retirement age, wealth level, or performance)

5) Purchases, Pricing, and Payments
5.1 Pricing

Prices are shown on our checkout pages. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal (unless explicitly stated and permitted by law).

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details.

5.3 Taxes

If VAT or other taxes apply, they may be added at checkout or included depending on your location and applicable law.

6) Subscriptions, Term, and Renewal (Pro Simulator)
6.1 Plan B Playground (Pro Simulator)

The Pro Simulator is typically offered as a 12-month subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6.2 Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically at the then-current rate. You will be able to cancel renewal through the method described in your purchase confirmation or by contacting support.

If your checkout states “manual renewal,” then renewal will not occur automatically.

(Tip: pick one policy—auto-renew or manual—and keep this section consistent with what you implement.)

6.3 Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current paid term, unless otherwise required by law.

7) Coaching and Masterclass Terms (Navigator / Accelerator / Mastery)
7.1 Scheduling

Coaching calls and masterclass sessions are scheduled via tools such as Calendly/Zoom or similar. You are responsible for attending at the scheduled time.

7.2 Rescheduling and No-Shows

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours notice.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be treated as used (no refund), unless we decide otherwise at our discretion.

7.3 Coaching Scope

Coaching is educational and strategic in nature. We do not execute trades, manage assets, or provide regulated financial advice.

7.4 Masterclass Delivery

Masterclasses may be delivered live online, in cohorts, or as recordings (or a combination). Dates and formats are described at checkout or in program communications.

8) Digital Content Access (Course, Updates, Recordings)

When you purchase Builder/Accelerator/Mastery you may receive access to digital content such as:

Online course modules

Worksheets, templates, and downloads

Replays/recordings (where offered)

Updates during the access period (where included)

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only (see Section 10). We may modify the content to keep it current.

9) Refunds and Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK)
9.1 Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless an exception applies.

9.2 Digital Content / Immediate Access Waiver

Where you receive immediate access to digital content (e.g., Pro Simulator, online course, recordings), you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access begins, as permitted under EU law.

9.3 Refund Policy (Commercial)

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page:

Pro Simulator / digital access fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.

Coaching sessions are refundable only if cancelled in accordance with Section 7.2 or where required by law.

Masterclass fees may be non-refundable once access is granted or the cohort is reserved, except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with your order details.

(Important: This section must match your actual checkout checkbox wording and how you deliver access.)

10) Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
10.1 Our Content

All content and materials (including the simulator, course materials, videos, templates, text, logos, and branding) are owned by or licensed to Plan B and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 Your License

You may access and use the Offerings for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, sell, resell, or redistribute our materials

Share logins or grant access to others

Record, reproduce, or distribute coaching/masterclass content without written permission

Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic from the simulator

Use the Services to violate laws or infringe third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

11) User Content and Inputs

If you enter data into the simulator or upload content, you retain ownership of your inputs. You grant us a limited right to process that data to provide the Services and to improve functionality (typically in aggregated or anonymized form where possible). For details, see our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your inputs are accurate and lawful.

12) Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect availability.

We are not liable for outages caused by:

third-party providers (hosting, payment processors, Zoom, etc.)

internet or device issues on your side

force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We are not liable for losses arising from your financial decisions or reliance on simulator outputs.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific Offering in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, mandatory consumer rights).

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Subscription cancellation affects future renewals (see Section 6).

15) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
